William is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance and operation of General Electric (GE) Turbines. He worked with GE Energy, Power Services from 1988 to 2008 and held various positions from Field Engineer to Multi-Site Lead Engineer where he managed numerous new unit power plant installations globally to meet corporate guideline in terms of Job Cost productivity, EHS awareness and Customer fulfilment. He has also had training in Six Sigma Quality, Gas Turbine Controls, MK V, Project Manager Workshop, Effective Negotiations and Professional Development Course, NMDC. He holds a BSc. Mechanical Engineering, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

Doreen Wood
Director of Operations
Doreen is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in administration, personnel management and healthcare. She currently serves as Operations Director and ex-officio Board Member of Hasman Technical Services Ltd.
Doreen has been a part of Hasman since the Company’s inception. She oversees the Administrative side of the business and is an integral part of the Commercial and Project Development team.
In the recent past, she managed a unit at the prestigious HCA Houston Healthcare, Tomball, Texas, a regional medical center involved in a variety of medical services from surgery, diagnostic imaging and primary stroke center.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rush University in Chicago, USA, and a number of Diplomas.
Joseph Baah-Ansah
Finance Manager
Among his many other duties, Joseph is responsible for business project financial reports. In addition, he is responsible for Inventory Control. He undertakes weekly and monthly financial risk analysis, including the preparation of project variance analysis reports, highlighting actual out turns in relation to planned activities. He implements rigorous accounting systems and controls to ensure among other things, that costs are properly controlled and are within budget, that only authorized persons are allowed to spend and/or request for payments, and that project assets are safeguarded. He also ensures project cost out turns are regularly updated, working in conjunction with the project director.
Anthony Tetteh Atter
Project Manager
A graduate of Kwame Nkruma University of Science and Technology with a Master's Degree in Energy and Sustainable Management as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a specialty in Energy Systems and Thermofluid, Anthony has been a valued member of the Hasman team since 2017. After serving as a mechanical engineer of the Ameri Power Plant Project, he quickly rose to Lead Mechanical Engineer on that project, and then served as Project Manager on the Amandi Energy Power Plant Project. He also served as a manager on the Cenit Energy Hot Gas Path Inspection project. Prior to his work at Hasman, Anthony worked for the Ghana Grid Company in Tema servicing national accounts.
Francis Tamakloe
General Manager
A graduate of Accra Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Francis plans, coordinates, and manages all business operations at Hasman to help achieve all of our corporate objectives. He also assists with recruitment and training, as well as evaluating what key investments in equipment, infrastructure and services Hasman should make. His extensive experience in management makes him a perfect fit for the Hasman team.
Albert Kobla Zoada
QA/QC Engineer
Albert has over a decade of professional experience. In addition to handling quality control for Hasman's clients, he personally performs visual inspections, conducts testing, prepares quality reports, and prepares proper procedures before projects begin.
Albert has many certifications including American Society for Non-Destructive Testing, Visual Testing, Magneti and Liquid Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, and Radiography Film Interpretation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from KNUST as well as a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Cape Coast Polytechnic.

Rexford Fiakuna Edem
OHSSE Manager
Rexford is a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Professional with a demonstrated Pro-Active approach to safety, which makes him a valuable member of the Hasman team. He holds a Bachelor of Occupations Safety, Health and Risk Management degree from The Open University of Malaysia - Accra Institute of Technology, as well as a diploma in General Drilling Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology - Tarkwa.
He holds numerous safety and training certifications, and is knowledgeable in scores of different disciplines.
Jewel Exodus Ansah
Quality Assurance & Control Inspector
A hardworking, reliable and results-oriented Engineer, Jewel handles Quality Assurance and Control inspections for piping, pipeline, and steel structures. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and is also certified in First Aid as well as American and Ghanaian Sign Language.
Prince Nicholas Amuah
Construction Manager
Prince holds a Bachelor of Science in Petrochemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and is working towards his Master's Degree in Engineering, expected in 2021. He also holds a National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health; International General Certificate -NEBOSH IGC- Wise Global training – United Kingdom, as well as a Lead Auditor certificate for .OHSMS ISO 45001:2018.
Patrick Gyan
Electrical Engineer
Patrick has an impeccable record in the field of electrical engineering spanning over 20 years. A relationship builder and an inspirational leader, Patrick is very conversant with electrical installations in various sectors of industry, especially in a multinational environment in the Oil and Gas Industry. Part of Patrick’s responsibilities at Hasman include ensuring excellent safety practices on a daily basis. Patrick received his education at Samatta Institution of Technology , Takoradi Polytechnic and Kikam Technical Institute.
